[edit]I don't see any reason to replace File:David Oyelowo.jpg with the other image. Comments? – ukexpat (talk) 20:25, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
- I believe the photo should be changed to File:David_Oyelowo_Photo_Taken_By_Tyler_Boye.jpg. This picture was taken recently and represents the types of roles that David Oyelowo is usually casted in. If anyone disagrees, please comment. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cquarto (talk • contribs) 21:18, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
- The purpose of an image should be to represent the subject (which the current image does perfectly adequately), not to say anything about the roles he is cast in as that would be promotional and Wikipedia is not the place for promotion. You should do that on your (his agent's) website, or on his own website. – ukexpat (talk) 21:44, 17 January 2012 (UTC)
Complicit?
[edit]Why doesn't the TV Drama Complicit feature in his works? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.89.224.133 (talk) 06:24, 28 November 2014 (UTC)
Vandalism
[edit]Noticed some vandalism relating to his comments on the Oscar's shortlist. Undone by another user, should the page be semi-protected for the while? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rotatingastrothing (talk • contribs) 18:24, 19 January 2016 (UTC)
Pronunciation
[edit]The IPA (/oʊˈjɛloʊwoʊ/) seems to imply oh-YELL-oh-woh rather than oh-yeh-law-war. Also note that in oh-yeh-law-war the stress is missing. Wathiik (talk)
